All of our facade engineers are members of professional organisations and are actively involved in the development of façade engineering as a professional discipline. We frequently lecture at conferences, both national and international, and are involved in internationally recognised research.
At interface, we run training programmes to keep our knowledge up to to date and further our skills. All employees are required to maintain a personal development plan, which is linked into our programme of quarterly reviews where targets are set and training needs determined. Our six monthly company development reviews analyse the skills and expertise within the company and set our technical strategy to allow us to better deliver our clients’ requirements and prepare for the technical demands of the future.
