Carolyn Ansted

Carolyn joined interface in 2012 as an experienced practice manager and as Operations Director, she has an integral role within our company. Carolyn manages our practice, projects and our financial systems, both day to day and strategically.

Carolyn manages the development of our business plan and the implementation of the objectives giving focus and direction to our progress. With her understanding our our scope of works, she also manages our tendering process tailoring our proposals to suit the project and client requirements.

Carolyn developed our quality management system which led us to gaining the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation in 2013. Carolyn also led us to gain our ISO 14001 accreditation in 2018 recognising our dedication to the environment and continuing our commitment to excellence. She is now responsible for the overall operations and maintenance of our QMS.

She has established our marketing material and brand. Managing the development of our website she is responsible for its expansion and advancement, as well as building upon all aspects of our marketing profile.

With her understanding of construction consultancy she has brought key knowledge, developing the methods and systems necessary for the smooth running of the business.
