Equal opportunities for all

The UK’s engineering sector is considerably less diverse than the general population. Many groups are under-represented in the workforce. We think this is wrong.

 At Interface we believe in equal opportunity for all. Our aim is to recruit a diverse group of people and create an environment where everyone feels equally respected and supported. The more diverse our team is, the more different perspectives and ideas we can bring to our projects.
